Ethical Standards
- The journal adheres to the ethical guidelines set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
- Authors must ensure that all research involving human subjects complies with the Declaration of proper ethical approval.
- Informed consent must be obtained from participants in studies involving human subjects.
- Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest or funding sources that could influence the research or its interpretation.
- Plagiarism is strictly prohibited, and all submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software.
Authorship and Co-authorship
- All listed authors must have made significant contributions to the research, including study conception, data collection, analysis, or manuscript preparation. All data sources, including statistical data, methodologies, and research materials, must be cited accurately.
Changes in Authorship
- Authors are expected to consider the list and order of authors carefully prior to submission of their manuscript, providing the definitive list of authors at the time of the original submission. Any addition, deletion, or rearrangement of author’s names in the authorship list should be made only before the manuscript has been accepted and only if approved by the Journal Editor. To request such a change, the editor must receive the following from the corresponding author: (a) the reason for the change in the author list and (b) written confirmation (email or letter) from all authors agreeing with the addition, removal, or rearrangement.
Plagiarism and Research Misconduct
- Plagiarism, data falsification, and other forms of academic misconduct will result in immediate rejection of the manuscript. If discovered post-publication, the article may be retracted, and the authors may face disciplinary action.
- Authors must ensure the accuracy of the information presented and are required to sign a declaration stating the originality of the research.
- If errors are discovered in a published article, the authors are expected to promptly notify the editorial team.
- The journal will publish corrections or, in severe cases, retract the article.
- Authors may appeal editorial decisions if they believe the rejection was based on a misunderstanding or error in the review process. The appeal will be reviewed by the editorial team and, if necessary, sent for additional peer review.
